Guidelines and Policies

Before submitting the article, the author must access the link and register the ORCID as an author (if he does not already have it), carefully follow the Social Meeting Scientific Journal template and adapt his text to the aforementioned format he wants to publish (ISO/Vancouver). Articles that do not comply with the rules will be disregarded. The scientific journal SOMESJ social meeting scientific journal, accepts submissions in Portuguese, Spanish and English, respecting the rules and contribution of the article to the field of social development. (However, it must accompany the original article, the version translated into Portuguese).

Authors must submit one article at a time, that is, while there is an article in the process of blind evaluation and peer review, authors and co-authors cannot submit another article. The rule is also valid for work calls. If the article is submitted in Portuguese, Spanish or English and is approved, the authors are responsible for the translation into English, ensuring bilingual publication (in special situations). The flow to your publication begins with the submission of your article.

eSocial Brasil, the publisher responsible for publishing the Social Meeting Scientific Journal, holds the patrimonial rights of the texts it publishes. The Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY) is also adopted in all published works. Authors must send, along with the submitted article, the assignment of copyright.
 
The lead author will be responsible for author registration (in the case of multiple authors) and payment of the administrative fee for publication, as directed in the credit card submission and in cash by the PIX of eSocial Brasil publisher. The fee will be paid only after receiving an email of approval of the submitted article. ​The period between submission and the review of the article is a maximum of 30 calendar days and the author will be informed by email. The article being approved, all authors must complete and email the AUTHOR's authorization for copyright.

The author is responsible for sending the plagiarism identification report along with the article submitted to the journal, using CopySpider, a freeware tool to test documents for the existence of improper copies of other documents available on the internet. The author must send a single file, in Word or PDF format, with all tables, figures, high definition images and grammatical and content correction.
